Well, this whole planning thing isn't as easy as it seems. There's a tricky balance between moving forward with plans and having no clue how the logistics will work out. I might need to cancel seeing anywhere outside of England. Really England alone has a lot to see and amazingly historical! I would like to go to France, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, and Italy after my study abroad program in London, but I don't know if I'll have the funds for traveling. But, I still need to buy a plane ticket back (from somewhere) to the States.
So...I'm stuck in a conundrum. I feel like my phone represents my plans for Europe. Shattered but still working. I'll hopefully find a replacement for my phone soon, which could also represent a new plan for Europe.
I'll most likely buy a ticket to Germany and plan on leaving from Germany back to the States. Unless somehow an extra $1,000 shows up in my pocket. Anything is possible!
Seriously though, I'm super excited to travel. I'm ready to discover. I'm ready to feel uncomfortable and to grow. And maybe I'll come back with an accent. Or maybe I'll grow a serious addiction to tea. Or maybe, just maybe, I'll have a better awareness of myself and the needs of others.
